Job summary

Harbinger Motors, an American EV startup in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Business & Analytical intern to join the Central Production team. You’ll help improve our systems and processes while ensuring they run smoothly and scale for growth.

As an intern, you’ll work 40 hours per week on-site, with an 8- or 15-week duration depending on the quarter/semester, and may receive relocation support if you live more than 50 miles away. This is a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
• Work authorized in the United States or eligible for J-1/F-1 visa.
• Analytical thinking with ability to solve business problems.
• Familiarity with software development processes and database management.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and document system needs.
• Analyze data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements.
• Test and implement new or updated systems to meet requirements.
• Document system functionality and provide user training.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and stakeholders.
