Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 10 years automotive or industrial experience in engineering, project management or sales.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Experience building customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth per Product Line targets and lead pricing/claims negotiations.
• Lead market analysis and sales planning for global customer projects.
• Support plant topics for delivery issues and engineering changes.
• Be a key team member of the Powertrain Controls sales team.
• Improve commercial processes (quotes, tooling collection).
• Negotiate terms and conditions and involve legal when needed.
• Communicate with customer purchasing and internal functions to prepare quotes and topics.
• Promote new products at production facilities and implement changes.
• Develop sales strategies for products and customers.
