Job summary

You will collaborate across Product Development and Plant Operations to deploy advanced manufacturing systems, ensure quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement through DFMEA, virtual simulations, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Engineering with 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and data-driven problem solving.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Process & Equipment Launch: drive design, procurement, delivery, and launch of program machinery and assembly processes.
• Safety & Workstation Design: lead ergonomic design and standardized assembly solutions.
• Technical Specs & Virtual Simulation: develop station specs, BOMs, and CAD models; verify with virtual manufacturing.
• Quality & Risk Mitigation: apply PFMEA, DCP, and process illustrations to ensure capability and improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with CPMT and PD to resolve design feasibility and budgets.
