Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and data-driven analytical capabilities.
• Ability to learn core product functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, procurement, delivery and launch of program-specific machinery and assembly processes.
• Lead Design for Ergonomics and standardize assembly solutions to reduce operator risk.
• Develop station specs, BOMs and 3D CAD models; validate with Virtual Manufacturing.
• Apply PFMEA, DCP and Process Illustrations to ensure capability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CPMT and PD to resolve feasibility issues and manage budgets.
