Job summary

RideNow Powersports – RideNow McKinney is seeking a seasoned Floor Manager to lead our high-performance sales team and drive profitability in a fast-paced dealership environment. In this role you will coach and develop the sales staff, guide deal structuring and financing decisions, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and optimize showroom operations to maximize conversion and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of deal structure, finance products, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles.
• Coach and develop the sales team to hit targets.
• Assist in deal structuring, F&I integration, and closing high-value deals.
• Monitor floor traffic and optimize team deployment.
• Partner with leadership to align with business objectives.
• Champion a customer-first approach while maintaining profitability.
