Job summary

Jones Powersports in Lancaster, PA is seeking a parts-focused associate to deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online. You will help customers select the right parts for motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, pull and pack orders, and coordinate with the service team to keep repairs moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience in powersports parts, knowledge of common brands, and comfort with parts lookup software.

Qualifications

• Previous parts experience preferred (powersports dealership strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment.
• Familiar with parts lookup systems and basic computer software.
• Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability on Saturdays.

Are you passionate about motorcycles,ATVs, side-by-sides—or anything with a throttle? Do you know the difference between a dirt bike carb and a street bike ECU and enjoy explaining it to others? If so, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of Lightspeed a plus
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar equipment
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
• Comfortable using parts lookup systems and basic computer software
• Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Avaliability on Saturdays required.
