Job summary

RideNow Powersports Huntsville is seeking driven Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. We offer a flexible pay structure ($18-$50 per flag hour or hourly) and relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

We provide paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and a path to level up. Our facilities are equipped with OEM-required specialty tools to ensure quality work.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required).
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides).
• Stand for extended periods.
• Able to push motorcycles up to 850 lbs safely.
• Move through dealership premises safely while avoiding hazards.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft based on skill level.
• Work with experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using provided specialized tools and resources.
• Deliver quality work to keep customers riding safely and confidently.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid by us).
