Job summary

RideNow Powersports Jacksonville is hiring Service Technicians at all levels to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer confidence, with ongoing training funded by the company.

We offer a flexible pay structure ($18-$50 per flag hour or hourly), relocation assistance for qualified applicants, and mentorship from master techs to help you advance. Test rides require a motorcycle endorsement.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program or real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years as technician or strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred but not required.
• Own a basic set of tools; comprehensive set preferred.
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record required for test rides.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as skill permits.
• Work with the team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using facility tools and resources.
• Keep customers riding safely by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid by employer).
