Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Weatherford is seeking driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. You’ll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, following OEM procedures with our specialized tools.

We offer a flexible pay structure ($18-$40 per flag hour or hourly), relocation assistance for qualified applicants, paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to advancement.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Verifiable powersports technician experience.
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged.
• Own a set of comprehensive tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
