Job summary

RideNow Powersports is hiring Service Technicians of all levels to maintain and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. Relocation assistance and paid factory training are available. Candidates should have a motorcycle endorsement, tool set, driving record, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 850 lbs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or a similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience are preferred but not required.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record are required for test rides.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
• Must be able to move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft per skill level.
• Work with an experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using facility-provided specialized tools.
• Ensure customer safety by delivering quality, reliable work.
• Stay current with training and certifications paid by RideNow.
