RideNow Powersports, powered by RumbleOn, is seeking driven Service Technicians of all experience levels to join our growing team. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, following OEM procedures with specialized tools provided by the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an MMI or similar program or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience are a plus.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record required for test rides.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level.
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility.
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications funded by the company.
