Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking driven Service Technicians of all experience levels to join our growing team. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.

We offer flexible pay (18-50 per hour), relocation assistance, paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, OEM tool-equipped facilities, and a clear path to advancement. Test rides require motorcycle endorsement and driving record.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
