Job summary

RideNow Powersports - North Fort Worth is seeking a driven C-Level Service Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The role offers an on-site position with a flexible pay structure of $18-$40 per flag hour or hourly based on experience and certifications.

We provide paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and a clear path to level up. You’ll perform maintenance and diagnostics on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as needed, using OEM procedures and our specialized

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred but not required.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record required for test rides.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft) depending on skill level.
• Work with experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility.
• Keep customers riding safely by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid by us).
• Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
