Job summary

RideNow Weatherford is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Weatherford team. You'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, escalating with experience. Training is provided and certification paths are supported to help you advance.

We offer a flexible pay structure and a supportive environment with ongoing mentorship from master techs, plus relocation assistance for qualified applicants to join our growing Shop.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred
• Verifiable powersports technician experience
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged
• Own a set of comprehensive tools
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
