Job summary

RideNow Weatherford is seeking Service Technicians of all experience levels to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. You’ll work with an experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe, following OEM procedures with facility-provided tools.

Relocation assistance may be available; paid factory training and mentorship help you level up, with a flexible pay structure based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Verifiable powersports technician experience.
• Own a set of comprehensive tools.
• Detail oriented and safety focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility.
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us).
