Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Phoenix is seeking Service Technicians of all experience levels to maintain, diagnose, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and watercraft. You will work with our seasoned team to stay efficient, safe and accurate while following OEM procedures using facility tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred).
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
• Follow OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility.
• Keep customers riding safely by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us).
