Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Washington state is hiring Service Technicians of all skill levels to maintain, diagnose, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. You’ll join a growing team that values safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MMI or similar program graduate or real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred but not required.
• Own a basic set of tools; comprehensive set preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
• Follow OEM procedures using specialized tools provided by the facility.
• Keep customers riding safely by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us).
