PVM Enterprises, the largest Harley-Davidson dealer group on the East Coast, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead a high-volume sales team in automotive, RV, marine, and powersports channels.

Requirements include 3+ years of sales in a high-volume dealership, 1+ year of management experience, a proven record of meeting goals, excellent customer service and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Aggressive pay plans and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in a high-volume Automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports dealership.
• 1+ year managing a high-volume Automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports dealership.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
