• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work flowing.
• Provide status updates and ensure timely repairs.
• Close repair orders and process payments.
• Promote maintenance services and upsell when appropriate.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Other duties as assigned; position is full-time with benefits.
