Timbrook Honda is seeking a motivated Powersports Salesperson in Cumberland, MD to help customers choose motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and related gear. You will build relationships, follow up on leads, and guide buyers through the sales process.

The role involves explaining financing and protection options, maintaining an organized showroom, and working closely with the finance and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; powersports or automotive experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must hold a motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right powersports vehicles and accessories for their needs.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email, text, and social media.
• Demonstrate product features and explain financing and protection options.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and attractive vehicle displays.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and new models.
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
