Timbrook Automotive Inc seeks a Powersports Service Technician for Timbrook Honda of Winchester in Winchester, VA. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports gear, performing routine maintenance and ensuring quality service for customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of powersports experience (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles or PWCs).
• Technical training or certifications in powersports repair preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs in a physically active role.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair powersports vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, brake service, and tune‑ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues.
• Complete repair orders and document services performed.
• Explain issues and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Stay current on models and repair techniques through training.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
