Timbrook Ford of Oakland is seeking a Powersports Service Advisor in a full-time Brookville, PA location. You will be the primary contact for service customers, document concerns, schedule repairs, and coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred.
• Powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or dealership experience is a plus.
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers.
• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
• Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Review and close repair orders, including processing payments.
• Promote maintenance services and upsell additional repairs when appropriate.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
