Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or PWC).
• Technical training or certifications in powersports preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair powersports vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake service, and tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues.
• Complete repair orders and document services.
• Explain issues and repairs to customers alongside service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Stay current on new models and repair techniques via training.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
