What You’ll Do:

• Act as the bridge between customers and technicians.
• Greet customers and listen to their service needs.
• Create clear, detailed work orders for technicians.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and explain service recommendations.
• Keep customers updated on their repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of service tickets.
• Manage dispatch schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Promote services that enhance vehicle performance.
• Work closely with the Service Manager & Parts Department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Service Writing or Advisory Roles (Powersports or Automotive Preferred)
• Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge to Understand Service Needs
• Strong Multitasking & Problem-Solving Skills
• Detail-Oriented & Highly Organized
• Familiarity with Lightspeed (a plus!)
