You will provide estimates, secure approvals, and keep customers informed about status, timelines, and any recalls or maintenance needed. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years sales or technician experience preferred.
• 2-3 years experience as a service writer preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify service needs, and write accurate repair orders.
• Provide estimates, explain recommended repairs, and obtain customer approvals.
• Monitor repair orders and coordinate workflow between technicians and Parts.
• Track and expedite parts, backorders, and delays to keep units moving.
• Communicate repair status, changes, and completion times to customers.
• Coordinate warranty, recall, maintenance, and accessory-related work as needed.
• Review completed repairs with customers and coordinate unit pickup.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver professional, customer-focused experience.
