Anderson Powersports in Reno, NV is hiring a Powersports Parts Manager to lead the parts department and drive sales and profitability. You will manage daily operations, train staff, maintain inventory, and coordinate with service and sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of OEM parts, parts ordering, and inventory control, with a focus on profitability and high standards of customer service.

Formación

• Previous experience in a powersports, motorcycle, automotive, snowmobile, or related parts department.
• Parts department leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OEM parts, accessories, and parts ordering systems.
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the parts department and accessories.
• Lead, train, and motivate parts department staff.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.
• Maximize sales while protecting gross margins.
• Monitor inventory turnover and aging/obsolete parts.
• Support service by ensuring technicians have needed parts.
