Job summary

RideNow Group is seeking a motivated Powersports Service Advisor to serve as the primary link between customers and service technicians. You will welcome riders, collect vehicle concerns, and translate them into actionable repair orders.

The role requires handling repair orders, maintaining clear communication on status and timelines, and coordinating with certified technicians to ensure timely completions and accurate estimates. This is an on-site position at our Jacksonville, FL dealerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in service writing or advising within powersports, automotive, or marine industries preferred.
• Strong familiarity with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers, listen to their concerns, and translate needs into repair orders.
• Open, update, and close work orders with accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Keep customers informed on status, estimates, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts specialists to maintain smooth workflow.
• Explain completed work and maintenance recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
