Job summary

RideNow Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Powersports Service Advisor to be the main liaison between customers and service technicians, guiding repair orders, estimates, and timelines. You’ll greet customers, manage orders, and keep clients informed with proactive updates.

You will also collaborate with parts and technicians to ensure accurate work and outstanding service, while contributing to a high-energy, customer-first culture with commission-based pay options and comprehensive

Qualifications

Experience writing or advising within powersports, automotive, or marine industries preferred.
Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
Strong computer skills and comfort with dealership management software.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and translate needs into repair orders.
Open, update, and close work orders with accurate labor and parts estimates.
Keep customers informed on status, estimates, and timelines.
Coordinate with certified technicians and parts specialists for smooth workflow.
Explain completed work, maintenance recommendations, and invoices to customers.
