Job summary

RideNow Powersports seeks an Internet Sales Manager to drive online inquiries, convert digital prospects, and coordinate with the sales team for seamless visits and deliveries. You’ll manage CRM, oversee inventory listings online, and deliver exceptional customer experiences from click to delivery.

Candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and has a proven track record in automotive or powersports internet sales, with strong communication skills and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in automotive or powersports internet sales, BDC, or sales management.
• Proficiency with dealership CRM platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for digital buyers.
• High motivation to hit sales targets and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Digital Inquiries: Respond promptly to internet sales leads, phone inquiries, and online requests.
• Drive Sales Conversion: Guide online customers through product selection, financing options, and trade-ins to set appointments.
• CRM & Lead Management: Maintain and optimize customer database records and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Team: Coordinate with floor managers and showroom staff for seamless hand-offs.
• Showcase Inventory Online: Ensure website listings, photos, pricing, and specs are accurate.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide high-touch customer experience reflecting RideNow brand.
• Oversee Internet Sales Associates: Recruit, train, and manage performance for internet sales staff.
• Execute Management Duties: Lead daily operations, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Upsell Protection & Accessories: Promote warranties, parts, and accessories to maximize value.
• Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and revenue goals.
