RideNow Powersports, Dallas, seeks an Internet Sales Manager to lead and scale our digital sales operations. You will manage a high-performing team, optimize the online sales funnel, and ensure top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dealership online sales leadership, strong CRM familiarity, and a proven track record of exceeding digital sales targets. Commission-based pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a dealership environment (powersports, automotive, RV, or marine preferred).
• 2+ years of internet or BDC sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive digital sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, lead management, and inventory software (eLeads preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate numbers into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing internet sales team to exceed targets.
• Analyze lead data and KPIs to optimize performance.
• Own and refine internet sales pipeline, CRM, and inventory workflows.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with online customers.
• Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and resolve escalations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development.
