Dallas Harley-Davidson - RideNow Powersports is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to manage online leads and calls. You will schedule and confirm appointments, follow up with customers, and help shoppers find the right vehicle while maintaining up-to-date inventory knowledge.

You will log interactions in the CRM, stay organized, and collaborate across departments to deliver an outstanding dealership experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in dealership or internet sales (automotive or powersports preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with CRM software and multiple online tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries promptly.
• Confirm and manage appointments, and follow up with unsold customers.
• Communicate clearly via email, text, and phone.
• Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and help customers find the right vehicle.
• Accurately log customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to ensure a great experience.
