Santa Barbara Honda seeks a senior Manager to strengthen and expand existing business performance. You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement workflow improvements while aligning across departments to achieve targets and growth.

This role partners with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and establish a data‑driven culture. You will mentor a team, foster accountability, and advance strategic initiatives for sustained success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in PS&P Industry.
• 3+ years experience managing high-performance teams.
• Experience in project management, result tracking, and recovery plans.
• Knowledge of Honda SED processes and Powersports products.
• Experience forecasting and tracking Sales/Production.
• Proven ability to build and nurture internal and external teams.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and Honda systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process optimization to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure process adherence and data‑driven decisions.
