Job summary

This role drives efficiency, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment through data-driven workflow improvements. You will oversee performance management, partner with cross-functional teams, and coach a small team to achieve high standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in PS&P Industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing high performance teams.
• Knowledge of Honda SED processes and Powersports and Power Equipment products.
• Experience in forecasting and tracking Sales/Production.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assessment and redesign of business processes to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing process solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cross-functional synergy and data-driven decision making.
• Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs; monitor results and drive improvements.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development for a small team.
