Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for Team Mancuso Powersports 59 in Houston, TX. The role focuses on driving profitability, customer and teammate retention, and business growth within a high-energy powersports dealership.

The GM will oversee operations, steer sales of new and pre-owned units, lead and develop the sales team, forecast objectives, and ensure a world-class customer experience. Location is Houston; schedule includes Sundays & Mondays off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as General Manager or General Sales Manager in a motor vehicle or powersports dealership.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Proven track record of managing teams.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and customer service.
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure efficiency.
• Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units.
• Guide and develop your sales team using leadership and sales expertise.
• Forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals.
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals with open communication.
