Sonic Powersports is seeking a General Sales Manager for Team Mancuso Powersports 59 in Houston to lead a high-volume sales operation for new and pre-owned vehicles. You will guide a motivated sales team, forecast sales objectives, and promote a superior customer experience in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in a motor vehicle dealership, strong powersports knowledge, and proven sales leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a motor vehicle or powersports environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to forecast sales and set objectives.

Responsabilités

• Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Guide and develop your sales team using leadership and sales expertise
• Forecast and create sales objectives and goals
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
• Develop sales techniques and coach the team for better performance
• Communicate openly with the sales team and assess their needs
• Track customer traffic to ensure optimal service on the sales floor
