RideNow Powersports is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead the Revolution Road Harley-Davidson dealership. You will drive sales across all departments and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

The role requires 5+ years in powersports leadership, a track record of exceeding goals, and experience with F&I, CRM, and desking tools. Base salary is $120,000 with potential commissions and OT earnings up to $200k annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service.
• Analyze KPIs and adjust strategy to exceed revenue targets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team culture.
• Manage the full retail sales process from deal structuring to closing.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations to align performance with objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
