Job summary

RideNow Powersports - RideNow McKinney is seeking a seasoned Floor Manager to lead our high-performance sales team and drive profitable showroom operations for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles.

You will coach staff to hit targets, own deal structuring and F&I integration, optimize floor coverage, and partner with leadership to align with business goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of deal structure and finance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Motorcycle endorsement is a plus; weekend availability may be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles.
• Coach and drive sales performance; hold the team accountable to targets.
• Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, finance integration, and closing complex deals.
• Monitor floor traffic and optimize team deployment to maximize conversions.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Champion a customer-first approach while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
