The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a Powersports or Automotive Dealership environment and must demonstrate strong knowledge of finance products and deal structures.

Responsibilities include generating revenue through finance sales, collaborating with Sales Managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Powersports F&I experience required.
• Must hold a motorcycle endorsement and have Harley riding experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance products and deal structure.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling finance and insurance products.
• Work with Sales Managers for dealership success.
• Maximize customer credit approval rates.
• Train employees on finance products and loans.
