Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the finance department of a motor vehicle dealership.
• Proven track record with the menu selling approach.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Superior face-to-face communication skills, focused on customer service.
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, insurance, and extended service programs for the dealership.
• Generate revenue and profit by selling finance and related products to customers.
• Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products to customers.
• Support company policies and dealership philosophy across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments, especially Sales and Service.
• Assist sales staff by providing finance support.
