Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Program Manager to lead segments of the GTFA development program for a commercial engine, supporting FAR33 certification and entry into service while meeting ticket metrics.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Finance, CIPTs and IPMT, establish milestones, manage risks, coordinate with IAE partners, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in program management, engineering, or aftermarket
• Or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience
• Direct experience with program execution and budget management

Responsibilities

• Lead segments of the GTFA development plan and drive execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, CIPTs and IPMT to achieve goals.
• Establish Program Level 1 milestones for CIPTs and support groups.
• Provide updates to GTFA MIPT/IPMT and leadership on progress.
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with IAE partners on tasks, budgets, and milestone deliveries.
