New-indy Catawba Llc is seeking a Planner to safely and efficiently plan mechanical outage work in the Powerhouse area. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance, driving reliability and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, data-driven planning, and daily backlog management, with a focus on coordinating field activities and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials during outages.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Maximo or similar ERP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality.
• Highly organized with good time management and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule mechanical outage work in the Powerhouse area.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work with operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety staff.
• Fully utilize current information, procedures, and work methods to improve equipment reliability.
• Provide technical leadership to production and maintenance staff.
• Maintain outage schedules during shutdowns.
• Update bills of material as required while planning.
