PowderKeg Harley Davidson is actively seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team in a dynamic powersports dealership. This leadership role focuses on driving performance, mentoring talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will strategically oversee daily showroom operations, coach the team to hit targets, and personally assist in closing complex deals—ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction across the sales process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of deal structure, finance products, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports; motorcycle endorsement a plus.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Coach and hold the sales team to targets and performance metrics.
• Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiations.
• Monitor floor traffic and optimize team deployment for higher conversion.
• Partner with leadership to align with broader business objectives.
• Champion a customer-first approach while maintaining profitability.
