Qualifications

• Experience delivering high level customer service in a retail or dealership setting.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Previous sales experience with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and assist with moving motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests through the purchase process, greeting, selection, negotiations, and delivery.
• Promote Harley Davidson advantages using feature-benefit sales techniques.
• Coordinate with Parts, Financing, Insurance, Warranties, and Service for cross-selling.
• Enter client information and interactions into the CRM.
• Maintain showroom displays and stay current on brand knowledge and company events.
