Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Oconee, SC components plant. You will lead shift activities, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and drive lean improvements. The role requires staffing, coaching, and maintaining regulatory standards on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (6:50 am – 7:10 pm).

You will manage daily production, monitor KPI metrics, and collaborate across teams to optimize OEE and costs while maintaining strong employee relations and a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading a team in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to learn various technical programs including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and control manufacturing activities in an assigned area.
• Assign work to meet daily manufacturing requirements and control labor/material usage.
• Report daily KPI indicators and pursue productivity and quality improvements.
• Ensure safety training and requirements are met; maintain safe, clean environment.
• Coach and develop production personnel and enforce company policies.
