Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Oconee, SC components plant to ensure safety, quality and productivity while applying lean manufacturing principles to meet daily goals. You will plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in PowerFrame Grid operations to achieve established management objectives.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience leading a manufacturing team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and control manufacturing activities in PowerFrame Grid operations.
• Assign work to meet daily requirements and control labor/material usage.
• Report daily KPI indicators and drive productivity and quality improvements.
• Ensure safety training and requirements are met for all personnel.
• Coach and develop production personnel and maintain good employee relations.
