Job summary

Clarios, LLC in West Union, SC, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift. You will lead a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift, assign work, monitor KPI indicators and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires 2–3 years of team leadership in manufacturing, preferably plastics, with strong communication and MS Office skills. Overtime may be required to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience leading a team in manufacturing, preferably in plastic injection molding.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred for external candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to varied levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to meet daily manufacturing requirements and control labor and material usage.
• Report daily KPI indicators including production, scrap, safety and quality.
• Take action to improve productivity, quality, methods and procedures.
• Ensure safety training and requirements are met for all personnel in area.
• Train personnel to perform work safely and efficiently; maintain coaching records.
• Maintain equipment and process improvements to optimize OEE; review variances.
