Job summary

Dover in South Chesterfield, VA is seeking a Supervisor, Production - Frames to lead hourly teams and front-line leaders. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time production while driving continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, inventory controls, and cross‑functional coordination with supply chain, quality, and shipping to meet targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years’ experience with 5S, Lean/Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and hourly production staff; ensure safety, define expectations, provide resources, coach, and ensure accountability.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement; conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule meeting quality and productivity requirements.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials and coordinate with other departments to meet targets.
• Capture and analyze productivity data to identify causes of high/low output.
