Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Power washing/exterior maintenance industry experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment and cleans various surfaces.
• Assesses areas to be cleaned, sets appropriate pressure and temperature, and documents tasks.
• Performs safety checks and routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Maintains logs and documents tasks using phones, tablets, or laptops.
• Coordinates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to ensure quality and safety.
