Responsibilities include evaluating areas, adjusting pressure, and keeping logs. The role requires 1–3 years in the field, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, with a strong customer

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in power washing or exterior maintenance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and vehicles.
• Assess areas to clean and set appropriate pressure and temperature.
• Remove dirt and debris and follow safety procedures.
• Document work orders, logs, and maintenance checks.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
