Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician for Facility Services, Power Washing in Rogers, AR to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, cleaning a variety of surfaces across the facility. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure MEC.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI within last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 3 years for commercial driving.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces.
• Determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for each area.
• Perform safety checks and routine maintenance on power washing machinery.
• Maintain inventory of tools/equipment and ensure proper storage between uses.
• Communicate with facility users and teammates to troubleshoot and resolve requests.
• Lead and participate in teams, monitor progress, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Complete safety documentation and logs; follow all Walmart policies.
